This audio is designed for the individual looking to enhance diving  performance.  Through specific imagery the tools & techniques of the winning the mind game are applied to diving. These include focus, concentration, emotional & thought management, as well as programming the subconscious mind for high level performance in this particular sport.  The listener learns how to interpret the body physiology on very low levels, allowing for the diminishing of stress & the increase of focus/flow/flexibility of thought & body programming.

Attention is given to imagery designed to enhance skills related to diving  including body positioning before, during& at water entry, breathing, decision making,  & endurance.   Includes suggestions for high level nutrition.  Original imagery allows the listener to "experience diving inside diving greats" thereby programming the mind for change on very high levels.  This audio is interactive, allowing the listener to program for his/her special needs.
