This audio is designed for the individual participating in the sport of wrestling.  Through specific imagery the tools & techniques of the winning the mind game are applied to wrestling.  These include focus, concentration, emotional & thought management, as well as programming the subconscious mind for high level performance in this particular sport.  The listener learns how to interpret the body physiology on very low levels, allowing for the diminishing of stress & the increase of focus/flow/flexibility of thought & body programming.

Attention is given to imagery designed to enhance body positioning, holds, early decision making & endurance.  Includes suggestions for high level nutrition.  Original imagery allows the listener to "play inside competitive wrestling greats" thereby programming the mind for change on very high levels.  This audio is interactive, allowing the listener to program for his/her special needs.
